I went there many times. I ordered it online and picked up. I can't believe they forget to add avocado. I had to drive back. I... asked if I can $2 refund back (it is fair since I had to drive back again) They say they can't refund but Lauren added note onthe receipt that I will get free avocado. Ehhhh, I'd rather have $2. I don?t leave bad reviews as you can see from my past history l. Ordered a sandwich online had 4 missing things I called them... back from work she told me I can come back which I did when I was off 4 hours later. And they literally went through the wholesandwich to make sure it was missing from what I said then told me they can only make me a half sandwich back even though Ibrought the footlong with a missing bite( that?s how I found out it was missing stuff) and on phone she promised a new one butbefore that told me jus to bring the original sandwich and they?ll add the stuff even though it would be 4 hours later. Reallyunsanitary for her to say that. Her name was Alicia. Please drive the extra 5 minutes and go to any subway but here. Thecustomer service is horrible. And the owner does nothing about it just says sorry for your bad experience and I only know thatbecause a few of my coworkers have had bad experiences. Read more
