Expensive for a mediocre sandwich. I explained I'd never been there and asked about bread options. The girl pointed to the... board and said, "It's up there." Poorly put together sandwich. Nice, usually friendly. Can be slow with orders. The sandwich I actually ordered, I said "no lettuce", got home and all there... was on it was meat and lettuce. I haven't eaten there since. Get it right! Their bread is rather chewy, makes my jaw hurt. Kindaexpensive for the small amount they give you. Read more
Customer service was awful! I went to get 3 sandwiches; in which, I confirmed with the cashier that she had 3 sandwiches and she... said yes. When I went to pick up my order there were only 2! I told the girl and she made me wait in line AGAIN and pay and WAITall over again!!! The other night similar incident took place. As a doordasher I will never come here again. I checked in for the order I was there to pick up. The cashier was not happy I was... a delivery driver and was rude to me. I asked what the estimated wait time was. She said she had no idea. I think she may havehad a few hard customers or a bad day. I wait for 30 minutes and ask again what the wait time is and she says they are workingon the order. Meanwhile every walk in or call in customer gets served in a few minutes time. After 40 minutes the order isready. I ask the same girl if doordash is made after every other order and she said yes, food delivery app orders are the lastpriority. So potentially you could be waiting until the location closes if they have steady walk in or call in customers. Thedoordash customer was super upset with the restaurant and me as the driver. They made it very clear that they wouldn?t beordering from this restaurant again. As someone who comes in with family or gets it for work meetings at my office job I willalso not be returning to pick up orders through doordash or as a customer. The girl I spoke to 3 different times had no reasonto be rude or confrontational. I didn?t raise my voice, confront her, or say anything I feel would influence her reactions. As Iwas leaving she followed me to the door and kept saying it wasn?t her fault. If this is the owner or manager?s rule it isn?tyour fault. But when I asked you twice instead of saying you?re working on it be honest and say doordash is the last order youare making and I could?ve been there for even longer than the 40 minute I was waiting. Also I think it?s gross that she wasfixing her hair and picking up the phone with the same gloves she was touching food with. All around a horrible experience thatI will not be reliving. Read more
I go here often (1-2 times a week), and the last few times have been pretty bad experiences. The staff is not friendly; they... don't even say thank you. They act like you are an inconvenience for being there, even when it is dead inside. It does notmatter how friendly you are. Unless you are one of the employees, the people working there don't want anything to do with you.Despite this, I kept going back because the food was good. Yesterday, I added avocado to my sandwich (and paid an extra 1.25 todo so), and it was so hard it sounded like an apple when I bit into it. I had to take it all off it was so hard and disgusting.Every piece was hard, and nowhere near ripe. The food quality was keeping me coming back despite the terrible staff, but nowthey don't even have that going for them. Save your money, go elsewhere. Read more

Been here twice now. First I ordered a Caesar salad and that was good. If it wasn?t for the red colored lettuce. 2nd time I... ordered a potato soup bowl and was not impressed. The soup didn?t have that great of flavor and that huge bread bowl tasted abit off from the regular sourdough. Will definitely be back to try one of the sandwiches next time. If that?s a bust, I?m gunnacall it a loss. Read more
