Update 11/08 - Round Table's Area Mgr. contacted me directly with an apology and a gracious response to the complaint I had made... to the company's corporate office following the below incident. She redeemed her company's reputation by showing concern, andaddressed the incident in a professional and very satisfactory manner. ----------------- Ordered one XL specialty pizza ($50+)at 5:30 pm online. Pizza should have arrived by 6:40 pm. 7:00 pm called the store, and was told the driver was delayed due toan accident (not involving the delivery driver). I waited another 20 minutes and called again. Was told driver had beendelayed but was "back at the store" and would deliver my pizza soon. Called again at 7:45 pm and was immediately put on holdwithout anyone even answering the phone. Called right back...same scenario. Called right back and was asked if i would hold- I said no, I've been holding. Spoke with the manager (in reality she is only a shift manager) who told me the driver wasstill stuck behind accident (untrue). I told her I had been waiting since 6:40 pm for my order, and the least they could havedone was to call and let me know when to expect my delivery. She snapped back that she would refund my order and deliver mypizza too and asked me if that was enough. I said an apology would have been nice. Mistakes happen in every business, especially busy ones. So, whether you?re doing a good job comes down to how you handle... mistakes. Unfortunately for this dump, they make a lot of mistakes and when confronted, instead of making things right, they lieand make things worse. At the end of the day it?s a middle of the road $25 pizza, you can get them anywhere, I recommend you gosomewhere/anywhere else, maybe a local place where the owner cares about the integrity of his employees and customersatisfaction. Great food just like always, but if you have never eaten here it is a little more pricey than a lot of other pizza places.
I am updating my previous review, cause I cant figure out how to do a new one!! And, well, because this crew really deserves it!... Alyssa and Ally run a tight ship here, thier people seem happy and it shows in the food that you are served! Like everyrestaurant in town RT had to raise prices recently but they seem to be the only place that improved quality with that increase!Was there yesterday and Alyssa (Manager) made for me a chicken sandwich that was on par with perfection, wish I had room for 3more because it was so damn good! Ally's (Asst Manager) pizza is still the best in town, but I've found that she has a knack forexcellence in customer service that really makes a guy feel special. There are many reasons that I keep coming back to thisstore to eat, but mostly it is because they know how to treat their customers! If you are good to them ...... They return itback 10 fold! The only reason for not giving one star is the manager instantly refunded us with no hassle. The pizza itself however was... definitely 1 star worthy. Not only was there a massive hair on our pizza, but it was also made horribly. I've had roundtablebefore and just in general I eat food, and I have never had a dish with so much garlic on it. There was more garlic than sauceor cheese. The only thing you can actually taste is the garlic. The place didn't seem that busy so I don't think that's reallyan excuse either. Definitely not worth the $20 it would have cost. Not trying to sound angry, but it was really so bad Iwouldn't eat here again. Read more
Never really had a problem until recently. There food used to be pretty good and now it's just kind of sad. The last order I... placed the twists are now a third of the size they used to be they don't give u extra ranch n sauce if u ask for it and foodeither comes out over or under cooked. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, tvs, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, great variety of pizza's, appetizers and salad bar.... Large parking lot, mini arcade games. Large party area and more. Read more
Had a birthday coupon for a free personal pizza with purchase of a drink , i was told 35-40 minutes went at that specific time... and I was told 15-20 more minutes , I waited another 20 then asked about my pizza again and they never came back with a response, asked another worker and was told it still wasn?t started on but they?ll will have it out quickly , seems like theyprioritized the bigger orders , but I had to leave due to me being on my lunch break Read more
