I went into the store on 11/21/22, at night, and the manager had the nerve to tell me to go through the drive-thru after I was... physically in the store. There was another (white) guy in the store he was allowed to stay! I felt like I was back in the 1940sand 50s where they made the black person go to the back of the store to be served! I asked him why do I have to go back in mycar and go to the drive-thru if I'm already standing in the store? There were only two customers in the store myself and theother (white) guy, and there was no one in the Drive-Thru at that time! He refused to serve me. I asked him if he can ring meup while I'm here?, he said no!, and kept telling me to go to the drive-thru while he served the other(white) guy in the store.So I went to KFC instead you. This place is better for take out. Eating in the restaurant ruins the dining experience. The floor is greasy and slippery ad the... same mop seems to be used from the back as in the front. Employees didn't seem happy I was eating my food there. The lobby wasnot clean as I had to find the least dirty and then get wet napkins to clean the sears and tables off. Read more

Paid almost 30.00 for 2 meals. I paid extra all dark meat and 2 large coleslaw for 1 meal 3piece with one side. The second was a... regular 3 piece with a side of red beans and rice. I ended up getting two regular meals with one side of coleslaw and one redbeans and rice. The chicken looked like it was sitting there all day and dried up. The customer was awful. The young malemanager was very rude. He was acting like I was wasting his time. I love Popeyes, I will not be coming back to the Yuba City Calocation. Read more
The girl taking orders was very rude. Asked for Hawaiian punch to drink which is clearly on the menu, she rudely said theu... didn't serve that there and we didn't know what we were talking about. went thru drive thru ordered 10 piece 2 sides. I ordered original NOT NOT NOT crispy... no butter on honey for biscuts,... chicken really dry, like it was cooked earlier, Extremely dry dry dry Cajun fries cooked ahead of time....SOGGY. I ordered 3 piece dark meat . I got 3 legs! No thigh. I also ordered a extra biscuit- didn't get it. I heard a noise... outside, opened my door and lady was leaving my order at my neighbors door! Order was in open bag. Food was good but thedelivery sure sucked. Read more
