Sat in the super long drive-through line and got shorted my appetizer (cream cheese wontons) I did not notice until I got home.... I phoned to see if they could just refund the price of the wontons I was told I needed to come back if I wanted to get them. SoI got back in my car and drove back to the restaurant to pick up my little appetizer but my car is overheating so I parked andwent inside. I went straight to the cash register and stated the reason that I was there (I had just hung up with the lady onthe phone with in the last five minutes) and I sat patiently while the two ladies behind the counter finished up with the kidsthey were helping. It was probably close to five minutes? I assumed my business would be addressed next but when they took thenext customer in line I almost lost it. It's one thing to forget my order? Quite another to just completely blatantly ignore mewhen I'm in line allowing you to correct your mistake. I wasn't gonna waste any more of my time so I went ahead and left withoutthe stupid cream cheese wontons? But I will never be back to panda express. The food wasn't even that good And their customerservice was worse than Walmart. Wish I had spent my money eating dirt instead to be honest.. wasted $10. Do not recommend! Read more
I don't know if the food recipes changed, but i used to not care too much for Panda. But in the last 6 months the food tastes... better. I never liked chow mein, but i do now. Prices are decent enough. Read more
Went to try the Walnut Shrimp, everyone looked very similar, could not hear or understand the communication (everyone had on a... mask) but I was served the Walnut Shrimp as a side instead of full entry which was all Rice, also the Chicken Kong poa, as aside also, very disappointing, this felt cheap, and reminded me of why I don't do the Asian food in the mall, same thing. I was disappointed when I was asked a question by the employee with the long eyelashes and she questioned my answer. She was in... such a rush to get us out of there she was rude during the process. She asked if we had anything else and I told her I waswaiting for spring rolls. She rudely said they are in the bag. I informed her that there were egg rolls in the bag and the otheremployee was getting spring rolls. When I asked for soy sauce she was rude again and said it's already in there. When Iarrived home I discovered she left out our 3rd item. I was extremely kind and it's frustrating to have to deal with an employeewho so incredibly rude. Please teach her the importance of customer service or place her on your cook line so she doesn't treatpeople so poorly! Read more
Just stopped in to get some food. They were out of the item I wanted when I got there. I was told with an eye roll from the... young lady with the very long fake eyelashes that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I asked if I could pay for it and come back &was again met with an exaggerated eye roll. I walked out. I'm sorry if I disturbed you at the job you are paid to be there for.Customer service is usually good at this location though they are frequently out of items so I'm used to waiting. To management,please don't let this rude young lady chase off any more of your customers. Read more
Been to other Panda Express locations and happy that they finally opened one in Yuba City a few years ago. I usually get a plate... which includes an entrée and two sides, also I try to get the healthier options with some type of vegetables included. Latelyit has been the long bean with chicken and the tofu with eggplant. All very delicious and cooked just perfect. Also, I like thatPanda does not use MSG in their cooking. A lot of people think eating Panda Express food is healthier over say hamburgers orother fast food but compare the nutritional values and they are all about the same. Anyways, the only problem I have ever hadwith this location is when I ordered a bowl and they did not fill the container fully with the food I ordered.
