We stopped at Carl's Jr before going to see a movie at cinemark in yuba city. My wife and I split the grilled chicken sandwich... with fries and medium sprite,which tasted disgusting, so we asked them to switch to Dr pepper which was somewhat better. Thesprite had way too much carbonation. We told the waiter that we wanted a grilled chicken combo, and he didn't ask what we wantedto drink until I mentioned that he didn't ask what type of soda we wanted. Ordered 2 PLAIN burgers, just Patty and bun. For my dog. Had to pull out of drive thru, park and wait. Down the road giving dog... his Patty covered in cheese, sauce, pic less and onions. NO BUENO CARLS JR. Read more
Went in to pick up order told us to go through drive thru. Waited 20 min in drive thru to be told milkshake machine was... down...order was for milkshakes and 1 order of fries. No apology for sending us thru line to get told that...customer serviceneeds help. Read more
Almost everytime I come here they get my order wrong, today I asked payed for extra bacon I got 1 slice, the other day I asked... for no tomatoes and onions and they just put it in the burger. Read more

I really enjoyed the food from this location. The French fries were good but the chicken strips were phenomenal. They were hot,... fresh, and crispy. I have to admit however, I did feel a little guilty ordering chicken strips with the chicken looking at me!!???????????????? Read more
This is normally my go to place to get box 17. I had to wait for it, I meant it was fresh, but I only got two chicken strips.... Lose a star for not fulfilling order correctly.
