We LOVE Baskin Robbins, BUT their DOORDASH ???? my orders were really melted especially my banana split (only 1 ice cream left,... it was a mess (melted all over the bag ????) plus the driver was holding it right side up like it was a shake ????. Again it waslate at night + no traffic. Do Doordash required them to have ice chest or bag so at least it isn't very melted when it getsdelivered? Next time I will go at night, buy my banana split + see how much the ice creams melt. I would of given 0 star for ourdoor dash guy. Read more
Not too happy I came in tonight hoping to get ice cream. I was inside already and the young man that worked there said he was... closing as of right now, and that I had to leave. Never have seen a business do this after the customer is inside. I?m verydisappointed and will be going to Sonics or brocks from now on. Read more
Today there was a group or family there and when they were ordering their desserts, one BnR person asked for the next order and... a lady that works there, Marisa, snapped at them and said, "Only one BnR person per group." She made them all wait for oneperson to make their orders. By the time it was all done, half of them were already done eating and the others were melted ect.She was very unprofessional to almost everyone that she interacted with. First time I've seen her at this location. I've neverhad any issues with any of the employees there until today. Seemed as she was bringing down the great customer service and imageof this BnR. I'm pregnant and wanted ice cream so badly. I've never left an ice cream store so sad and frustrated. The manager is NOT a... people person and was very rushy and short. I have mental processing issues and he ultimately pressured me into deciding quicklyand was arguing with another guest while complaining to a co-worker that they were under staffed and whatever. We got to thecar and I ended up just crying and throwing my ice cream away, I didn't like it I'll never go back, especially when Brock's icecream so close. Read more
if you order online you don't get all the toppings advertised, in the banana royal comes with nuts whipped cream and a cherry, I... ordered 3 on door dash and asked for no nuts on one, they told the dasher those don't even come with nuts! And none of them hadwhipped cream or cherrys! Seriosuly disappointing Read more

My daughter and I went in here for ice cream, we got our ice cream (it was good) however the place is nasty. My daughter kept... wanting to touch the window area (where the tables are against ) and it is absolutely gross , the chairs look like they havenever been wiped down. The floors are gross. And the female worker was talking extreamly loud about how she hates someone andsaying stuff my daughter Shouldn't have to listen to while trying to enjoy her ice cream or at all.
