Don't bother ordering ahead, they won't even start making the food until you get there and show id! And there is no way to just... cancel the order. You have to talk to a manager. So you are sol if they aren't there. If you aren't actually doing the ordersbeforehand you shouldn't be in the app. Won't be back to this location. Read more

I?ve been coming here for three months since my new job is close-by. I finally decided to write a review because the two... occasions I speak of make me cringe. Service is hit or miss. I?m asked what I want, then have to repeat myself which makes mewonder if they were listening to begin with. From my experiences there, the worst was when I got a veggie wrap and it cameapart because it wasn?t wrapped tight enough. The employee that had trained a new employee a month prior said they never forgotto learn how to fold a wrap since working at McDonald?s. Fail. The second worst time was today. I got a veggie sub and theamount of sweet onion sauce that was put on could have kept a whole ant farm afloat. The sub was soggy and I felt like I waseating watered-down vegetables. I called to speak to someone and it took forever for someone to answer. I believe the owner?sdaughter answered (she also made my sub) and said if I come in she can replace it, thanked me, and hung-up. I hadn?t finishedwhat I wanted to say, but that?s cool. Every time I go to this subway, I am greeted with a smile. The employees are always friendly, welcoming and eager to please.... Basically great service with a real smile and nice attitude. That it seems is getting harder and harder to find in thistown Also the place is always immaculate Which is nice for a subway. Read more

Excellent service from all employees!! My issue is that as soon as you walk in the heat hits you. It was warmer inside then... outside and its already 80° out today. The owner of this particular store will not turn on air conditioning for employees andcustomers. This is unacceptable!! Not to mention what that is doing to the food quality. Paid $7 for a salad and they barely filled the bowl halfway. All the proportions they serve are very small and always charge... extra for even a little bit more. I've had much better experiences and food at different subway locations and I will never begoing to this location again. Some of the workers/owners are also very rude and do not take part in simple greetings such aswelcome and have a good day. Read more

Every time I order here, my food is made incorrectly and my subs are always lacking the veggies I ordered. Today, I called in... and I had said NO onion and NO olive, and had wanted just Lettuce, Spinach, Banana Peppers, Cucumbers, and Pickles with ChipotleMayo. Instead I didn?t get ANYTHING I wanted. The sub had onions, black olives, NO banana peppers, NO green onions andpractically no lettuce! This is an absolutely embarrassing and pathetic looking sub and I am highly disappointed because it isnot hard to make a sub. Read more
