Food hasn't been as good as normally used to be. Cleanliness of the restaurant has gone considerably down hill. Our waitress was... AMAZING though. Very attentive, met all our requests and was one of the only employees clearing tables, wiping things down, etc. Read more

Not impressed. We used to go fairly regularly until Covid. Post lockdown, we started venturing back in. This particular location... has completely gone downhill. Ordered our food tonight (they were at MAYBE 1/4 capacity) but our waiter rarely came by, had tobe asked for refills right before he walked away since it was clear he didn't plan to ask or bring any, left zero napkins...andwhen I told him that my burger was missing 2 key items that specifically come on that burger? Well, he didn't want to take itback or anything, but rather go ask the kitchen to make the bacon and get the condiment on the side to bring back so I couldassemble my burger with the items myself. It irks me a bit more since I was using my birthday reward for a free burger, stillspent $60 for our family of 3, and the service and food were quite unfortunate. Ordered doordash for 2 burgers. One with no lettuce one regular. I received one normal burger and another with no buns and a... whole side of lettuce we selected no for while not even wrapped just haphazardly thrown in a box, could have atleast providedthe bun I ordered. Ordered two vegetarian burgers for delivery and one was delivered like this. We didn't even crumple the paper, it was just like... that. I'm never one to complain, but this seems a little ridiculous. We didn't ask for there to be no buns and explicitlyrequested no lettuce. Ordinarily RR burgers are delicious but this was pretty egregious. Read more
