Placed an order online. Husband picked up our order. We ordered, Large Shrimp Only - 10 Piece Regular $8.49 Ocean Perch - 2... Pieces Combo Regular $13.99. My Shrimp was extremely small, almost salad size. Over cooked. My husband's perch did not have theside of Cole slaw that came with the dinner. All in all, for the price we paid it SUCKED! We ordered ahead 100pc Bone-In for our block party, scheduled for a specific pick-up time. When I showed up the order was ready,... hot, and fresh. The young lady that took our order over the phone was very punctual, informative, and professional. Everyone atthe party LOVED the chicken and I?m pretty sure Nu Wave gained some new customers. Love this place. They have perfected the art of frying chickens. Not only the food is great, but the prices are affordable also.... Every time I come here they take care of me and I am always satisfied. I also order here for big orders like for gatherings,parties, catering, etc. Prices are decent and the food is perfectly cooked. Don?t go all the bad reviews are accurate. Soggy fish like it?s old, wing ding were so small looked like it was from baby... chickens and the fries tasted sour. Been here in the past definitely went down hill. Read more

I was refused a refund for missing to go items. Restaurant staff said he doesn't know how to refund and me to contact online... order company for refund. He advised me to call them but the order history page only shows restanrant number.That's why I calledrestaurant.
