When I tell you these two workers had top quality customer service I mean it for real there where only two workers on shift Joel... and Shaun and there where about 6 people in the lobby waiting for their orders and in just under 20min there was no one left butmyself waiting for there orders and they really did a wonderful job dispite the circumstances, delivering within a short amountof time I will definitely be recommending this little Caesars to my friends and family. Whoever was making the hot n ready pizzas and ICB Monday afternoon (Oct 10th) deserves a raise. Haven't been here in a min, but... it was perfect last time we stopped by too. The young woman at the register was very friendly and quick. Keep up the great work.???? Read more

My family placed an order the other night. We had asked for the plant based pepperoni and verified with the person taking the... order 4 separate times that it was for the plant based pepperoni. When we got home with our pizza, it was a plain cheese pizza.So we called and asked and were told you can come swap it out for what you ordered. When we got back to the store, we wereFINALLY told ?we don?t have the plant based pepperoni anymore? even though it is still advertised on the front counter. Cold food. Ordered an hour ahead and I still ended up waiting 20 minutes past the estimated time. I eventually received an email... that my order was ready 10 mintes past the latest estimate so I checked with the guy working at the cashier and he said thecrazy bread wasn't ready. Ended up waiting longer. Eventually I got the food and it was cold when he handed it to me. Luckily Ican reheat, but still disappointing. Read more
