This jimmy john's delivers me lunch a few times a week, either a tuna or veggie sandwich. Orders are always correct, the... ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches are neatly made. The delivery folks honestly do arrive much quicker than it seemslike they should be able to given the quality of the sandwiches. I am happy every time I see my normal delivery person, as theyare polite, peofessional, and pleasant. Read more
I used to order from this same Jimmy John's at least twice a week before the store shut down. The people there were very nice... and always delivered on time and with a friendly demeanor. I just tried to order through a delivery app and was called andrudely told they didn't have any drivers and they were cancelling my order. I told him I ordered through the delivery companyand that they would pick it up but was told no and that my order would be cancelled. When I called back I was hung up on but notbefore that person started raising his voice at me and was yelling. I called back and asked to speak with the manager above himgot hung up on again. The new crew they have are very rude and disrespectful to customers and if I ever want their sandwichesagain it will NOT be ordered from this store! Read more
Ordered through doordash, got a call saying they had no delivery drivers and that I could come pick it up. Got charged again... for that, and I was told to contact doordash to void the order. Doordash told me to contact the store. Wonderful Read more

The hours listed on their website are not accurate! We were able to place an online order for pickup at 6:30pm and when we... arrived 15 minutes later they were closed. I have no idea why we were able to place an order when the restaurant was closed.Beware before ordering online! Read more
Before this location temporarily shut down I had no issues with this jimmy John's. I can say the same now that it's opened back... up again. Sandwiches were good and fresh, everything was on them correctly. Same with the drink and sides. The only thing thathappened was we got confirmation that the order was ready after we picked up the order already. I hope that the negative reviewswere just due to staffing issues, it seems like they are starting back up strong. Read more
I mean, can you have consistent and regular hours? It?s 6 o?clock and you?re closed it?s just aggravating and I live two blocks... away and normally would eat Jimmy John?s multiple times a week but because these people are never open you can ever eat there! Iwould just never assume by looking at their website and placed an order that they?re open. You need to call and talk to someonebecause I?ve placed orders successfully online and then never got them because they weren?t actually open. Read more
