If this was my business, I would hire new staff asap. As the two girls who worked on Friday afternoon will literally drive new... people away. The name of this cute little cookie shop is insomnia. Which I believe both of these two teenagers have. One of themwas sitting behind the cash register screen and never moved or said hello. The other was sleeping in a chair behind her. When weasked questions we were looked at like we were aliens. The young ladies had zero interest of being there or even alive for thatmatter. Each cookie tasted hard and stale. Some didn't have much flavor either. Iliked the vegan Birthday Cake the most, but the staleness still bothered me. There are better places to get cookies.
