I decided to start trying all the pizza places in the area that never had before, instead of sticking to the same two places.... Well after trying Rocco's for the first time last night, it has officially been added to my top 3! This place was awesome! Thegirl who took my order was super nice, the delivery guy was really cool and the pizza was so good! The crust was good and theyactually know how to put a decent amount of cheese on a pizza. These other places act like there's a shortage in the country. Ishouldnt have to pay for extra cheese just to get a regular amount. So Rocco's have earbed my business going forward. After I picked up my pizza I saw the receipt had a cc charge on it for a dollar. No big deal but I didn't know what that was. I... was looking up the reviews to see if other people had anything to say and first review I saw was what happened to me. Theyasked If I was paying with cash or card. They charge you extra for using your card. Sneaky of them trying to get more money.Atleast let your customers know that we charge you extra for card purchases don't try to hide it. Read more
I found it odd when ordering over the phone that they asked me if I was paying with cash or card. It didn't hit me until I got... home when I thought about my 6 cut cheese pizza costing almost $10 that they charge you extra if you pay with a card as shown onthe attached receipt. That's dirty. This is something you'd expect to see 30 years ago. I understand credit card transactionfees but come on... it's 2022 and cash is almost never used by most people. Even mobile payments are becoming more common thancash. Super duty business practice here. I probably won't be buying from them anytime soon. That being said, the pizza isusually really good there so if you're looking for a good fresh pizza they are good. Just be aware of the charge and use cashapparently. Read more
This was the worst order we have ever gotten from them. The hoagie barely had anything on it. The fried food was soft and not... crunchy at all. The pepperoni rolls were burnt. Just awful. Reply: I was been in the food industry for 20 some yrs. I'm sorrybut I would not allow any food out to a table or delivered like that. When training you check the trainees products. Very clean!! Very nice workers. Very polite and very talkative and sweet. First time here and we have already said this will be... the only place we eat pizza from again!! We ate on the momma Mia pizza for DAYS LOL Plus we are not local ppl. We will drive30-45 min to get there. Just gooooo!! Read more
