I live a few blocks from here and while walking my dog we decided to stop and get her a pup cup. The lights were on, the open... sign was lit, there was a car in the lot but no one came to the window or even when we walked through the drive through. Weended up walking home and getting the car to go to Mt. Pleasant. This would never have happened if the Gula?s and Mardis? stillowned it. Shame. We spent a lot of time going there, since the 70?s. Perhaps if you put a bell or something at the window,you wouldn?t lose local customers. Read more
Very poor customer service, stopped in for cones, people are waiting an obscene amount of time for their meals. Our cones sat on... a counter away from us, near the register while the cashier was taking other orders for another group. An older gentleman withhis young grandsons waited a ridiculous time and finally had to go up to the counter to finally receive his order.... Read more

This is my go-to Dairy Queen. Very polite staff. Very clean outside and from what I can tell inside. It's a little rough getting... in and out of right now due to road work. Not that bad though. Won't stop me. There is no inside seating. No problem for me.Plenty of parking. Kinda like the old days of drive up and you can eat in your vehicle. Or go through the drive thru.
