Literally watched some dirty greasy 30 something year old dude take a frosty and pass it back to someone to tamper with it with... something nasty. It took way too long to even serve people. Picking up a Door Dash order. Restaurant was very neat and clean. Staff were very fast, efficient and friendly. There was a... small wait for the fresh food that was made, but it was worth the wait. All these complainers may need to give this place a second chance during their less busy hours. I went here after dinner rush... and had the best pretzel burger at this place. The service was quick as well. Read more

I paid for a classic crispy chicken meal and they gave me a crispy chicken jr , that was cold and looked disgusting . This location is always crazy busy. I've had to wait in a line that wrapped around the building twice.My only real issue with... this place is the customer service. Nobody ever talks to you. I used to work at a drive-through at McDonald's and you have togreet the people. Everyone here just pushes your food at you. I know working a drive-thru is very stressful you get some rudepeople that come through or people sick of waiting you. You can't treat everyone like they don't matter. I thought the biggie bag was a great idea. This particular location on Belmont Avenue has serious issues. I was the third car in... line at the drive thru. The wait was over 15 minutes. I was told to go the first window to pay but the employee wasabsent. The driver in front of me tried to pay at 2nd window. They took his credit card back to 1st window. The femaleemployee logged into 1st window and ran his card. She then had my total right but neither offered me a receipt or gave meone. When i got to the second window, the male employee was very unpleasant with no thank you. Food was cool to cold. Not goingto this location ever again. Read more

I have never had a bad experience with any Wendys until 10/07/2021 I asked for a bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and this is the... meat that was put on the sandwich. One bite and I was immediately disgusted by the dry hard tasting chicken. I called themanager and was told there is nothing wrong with it and it’s supposed to look like that. REALLY? I’ve had the sandwichbefore and it was juicy, tender and pleasing to the eye. I don’t know what was up with that abomination of apiece of chicken.Every other chicken sandwich Ive had has never been like this one. The manager stated the company did something to all thechicken sandwiches. I’m curious to what happened to serving quality food and if it’s not quality return it or throw it outbut definitely don’t serve it to paying customers just to make a dollar.
