Dont complain to them because i went to the restaurant they cant give me a refund. But did offer some popeyes points...well u... know what u can do with those points!!!! Shove em where the sun dont shine..ill never go back!!!!!Spent over 30 bucks on somechicken fingers I can't even eat. Sooo hard. They are cold and i cant even bite into em.. barely any meat on them.. It's a fast food chicken place. There chicken is a little dry for me but my son likes it so that is why I'm here.

Had an online order on the popeyes app, alot of the items are missing ( a couple peices of chicken, 2 apple pies and a side of... mac and cheese, and only got half the nuggets) and then i called to let them know, someonr answered and said it was unbelievableand hung up, really bad experience and dont think im coming back to popeyes thanks. I love, Love, LOVE Popeye's! But I'm getting really tired of stopping at one when I'm out to find out that they're out of stock... of whatever it is I want. I never make a special trip to go there because I know I'm just going to wind up disappointed. Chickennuggets, Mac & cheese, blackened ranch, and apple pies should not ever be out of stock! We went through the drive through, they had a full staff our order was wrong , we weren't given straws for our drinks , didn't... get the sauce we asked for, didn't give us a spoon for our mashed potatoes. We also paid for apple pies that weren't in thebag . We had to park , go in and get utensils, sauce , straws and then waited 15 min for our pies . Absolutely terrible.. Read more
