I have been here several times for Door Dash orders. Most of the time orders are ready. Very rarely there is a small wait.... Restaurant has been very nice and clean everytime I have been here. Every time I come here it's always a problem. These cockroaches can't be bothered to open the lobby. This is the laziest... McDonald's I have ever been to. These people open and close when they want. This place deserves better! Read more
Worst Mcdonalds in the entire world. Went through the drive thru and ordered $80 worth of food. Had to wait in the spot. Lady... forgot my straws, refused to bring them to me. Made me park and go in. Didn't offer napkins, ketchup, salt pepper anything. Read more

If you want horrible service, the need to literally yell into the drive through mic, clueless staff, and to pay more money then... this is the place for you. I had to actually yell into the drive through and repeat my order to the deaf worker 5 times. I usedthe rewards app code which didn?t apply my coupon or pay for it on the app. Which I can get the app bugging out and not using mycoupon, but if the code worked then it should have payed on the app. Overall worst experience, go to any other place inYoungstown for food.
