The best LJS fish I've had in years. Restaurant is way understaffed, crew is killing it anyway. Slow, very slow to get food, but... it was all hot, fresh, and very good. Whole family was shocked. Read more
This was by far the worst Long John Silvers I?ve ever been too. The young man rang my order up wrong and when I spoke with the... manager to fix it, the young man came back to me and began to debate with me about what I ordered when the picture on the wallclearly indicated what I wanted (seeing that is what I pointed at when I ordered). The entire order (except the coleslaw) wasterribly saturated in oil and wasn?t hot, the hush puppies were over cooked. They were oily and crunchy all the way through. I?mvery disappointed with this location and I hope they do something to improve the quality of food and customer service. I?m atruck driver and I look for places to eat other than the Truckstop. Have not eaten at this one listed. I like Long John Silvers but I think they have caused their own demise on Elm Rd, Warren,... Ohio. You could not go in and eat, and people like going into these restaurants not always take outs. There was plenty of roomfor distancing. I think it?s sad they closed. Being generous with the 2. Ordered fish & shrimp + an extra fish, coleslaw side. There was no shrimp in my order. When I called... he asked if I had my receipt, which I did (and they kept). I went back for my shrimp. Door was locked, called again, said; "I'mat the door - do I have to sit in the drive-thru again?" He answered yes. -another 10 min - Once I got it, it was cold &rubbery. NOT kind, apologetic, or anything - I had to ask for flatware & napkins. She (at the window) questioned me said they'rein there. I said No. and I got coleslaw, why I want a fork. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Everytime I go there they are never serving long John silvers. So if your in the mood for it AVOID this place at all cost even... in the day time. I had Taco Bell here and my food is wrong or the food is cold. Just don?t stop here. Read more
