I had heard about Charly's Family Restaurant from different friends, family and Co-Workers. Finally I went there for breakfast... to see for Myself! The special was 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage, potatos or hashbrown cake and 2 slices of toast all for only$5.49!! ???? Well the price was Great but what about the food? Let me tell You, Delicious!! They gave good size portions andand was cooked to perfection! The restaurant was packed but they had our food out fast and hot! The service was fantastic! Idid not have to ask for refills on my coffee even once! They kept filling my cup to keep it warm! Can't wait to try theirlunch next! Great Place... Read more

LOVE this cozy little diner! The owner and the staff are so nice and helpful! Even when they are short on staff (nobody wants to... work anymore, it's crazy!), they STILL keep it all running smoothly! The staff work hard and continue to be pleasant andhelpful! ????? The food is always delicious and the prices are kept low, which makes it even nicer! Thank you to each andeveryone of them because it takes a team! They've got it down! ???? Read more

Food was okay, nice portions and cheap. The place was cooler than a meat locker though! Service was rough. Our waitress seemed... to be a bit of a contrarian by nature. "No, you can't order that", "sorry, we out of that", "can't order that for you, you haveto go to the counter", so that made the experience so so. Maybe she had a bad day? Spot seems to be popular with older folks. Read more

Really good food. Very busy but there's a reason for that. Good to there customers and some of the nicest people you could run... into. Had the Charlys scramble and I'm not a fan of Frank's Redhot sauce so they grabbed me a different brand. Very reasonablypriced. Spent 13 dollars for my meal and that was with add ons and upgrades (instead of toast bagel and added mushrooms to myscramble) Read more

Was heading to a different place for lunch and came across this place. Parking lot full so figured it?d be good. Walk through... the door and they have a show case of macaroni, potato and a bunch of salads. I ordered beer battered haddock with macaronisalad, fries and a side of clam chowder. They brought out the chowder and two rolls and butter and the macaroni salad. I?m fromthe northeastern states, NY, Mass, NH and guess you could say a connoisseur of clam chowders. It was very soupy with no tastewhat so ever. The rolls hard and dry. The macaroni salad tasted as if it was bought from the local grocery store. Friesrubbery. On the plus side side, the beer battered haddock was good. Wife got a chicken salad and said the batter on the chickenhad no taste either. The dressings seemed soupy as well. Read more

This isn't a place for exciting food, ambiance, or entertaining quirkiness. It's not for foodies, or for people who live for... complex and extraordinary culinary experiences. It's a very ordinary, clean, and basically friendly place with food you mightget at your Grandma's house. That's not a bad thing, necessarily. It's a decent place to have lunch with your friends afterchurch, or maybe breakfast that's not too hard on the stomach. My only real complaint is that the food was excessively salty. And that's really saying something because I salt my food pretty heavily. The potato salad with eggs is pretty good. The stuffedpeppers and cabbage were ok, too. Read more
