So, I normally go to the pizza place near the square. But... the day I was going to get pizza I guess there was a shooting and... the square in Blairsville was full of cops. It was bananas. So someone at the coffee shop suggested this restaurant. I waspleasantly surprised. The people who worked there were very helpful. They gave us a lot of suggestions on food. The garlic knotswere amazing. The marinara sauce, I think they make it from scratch. It was fabulous. The pizza we got was okay, but I'm notmuch for barbecue sauce. I will go back and try other pizzas. I would definitely try this place again. Read more

After watching them get the place ready for months, we hadn't been back around much, so this was our first time in. Got large... pepperoni calzone and small caprese salad to go. Excellent. Calzone: excellently done crust, ample filling. Too many are juststuffed with mozzarella, but this had quite a bit of ricotta and not so much sauce that it overwhelmed everything else (and acontainer of dipping sauce comes with it w/o asking). My wife raved about it. Salad was very good. Caprese: Fresh greens, thoughnot usually a part, but still a good amount of mozarella and cherry tomatoes. Balsamic dressing was just the rightamount. Kitchen seems a tad inefficient, but probably still finding rhythm, so don't know how it would be during dinnerrush. Friendly staff. Wish for one or two more sandwich options, but having worked the back of the house, I know how that cancomplicate things if you want things fresh. Hope for more outdoor seating. Read more
Great food and the place has a great family atmosphere. All of the staff were really friendly and greeted me when I walked in... and on my way out. I highly recommend the Meatball Parmigiana Brick Oven, the White Pizza Brick Oven, the Garlic knots and theCinnamon Sugar knots. It is kinda of pricey but well worth it! Read more
Best New York style pizza and Calzones in the North East GA area. The have a stone pizza oven, crustas are hand tossed, sauce is... tasty. Toppings are generous. I'm new in the area and had not found a pizza I really lived, but I think this one will fit thebill. Read more
This is the coolest restaurant ever! Not only was the pizza AMAZING, but there is a working fire truck out front that the... owner turned on for our grandchildren to enjoy! Very friendly, helpful staff - worth the drive from Blue Ridge for sure! Read more
Hit or miss here apparently? I ordered their Buffalo chicken pizza and it was amazing. I went back today and ordered an EXTRA... cheese and pepperoni. As you can see from the image: very little cheese and big bubbles all over. Read more
