UPDATE 11/20/2020 Surprisingly I wasn't immediately parked this time, but whole order was messed up. Ordered Extra toppings on... my 2 sandwiches, only got 8 of my 10 piece nugget (no they didn't fall out and end up loose in the bag), and my daughters kidsmeal came with no toy. No management has reached out to try to justify these mistakes, and the inside is still closed tocarryout only. Starting to think it might be worth the extra drive to go to a better Wendy's. 10/31/2020 Worst wendysexperience I've had and it has not just been a one time occurrence. I go here once a week to get breakfast for the family. I amimmediately parked without being given any drinks, then 5 to 10 minutes later, when not a single soul has came the drive-thruafter me, I get my food and full drink carrier shoved in my window. Upon asking them why they park me immediately every time,they say it's Wendy's policy to park. Also their carryout is closed unlike the other Wendy's that I've been to in the past fewmonths. These must be specific policies to this store only. Now the sausage has gone missing on this burrito. Oh wait there'sa little speck of it right there. This is the closest Wendy's to my home and I would have to drive past it to get to the nextclosest. It's a shame that the quality of this Wendy's has gone down. Read more
8/12/22 My family and I did drive through @6:27pm. From start to finish totally satisfied customer here. They had are big order... made and to us. By 6:30pm. Not including the food was made perfect. Hats off to the crew on deck this Friday. KEEP ONROCKING.... Read more
Came around 130 I get it?s late but just getting off work. Girl with glasses took my order and was rude at the window. Me having... manners said thank you for my food with no response. They forgot to give me my drink and I had to wait and ask for it. I wasrudely handed the drink and the window was closed on me after being nice and saying thank you again? Food was sub par. Chickennuggets were probably hours old. Burger was good though. Let?s work on customer service? Read more
Went to this Wendy's for the first time today as it is slightly closer to my house than the one in Montgomery and have to say... I'm disappointed. I placed a mobile order for 2 chicken sandwiches and the spicy chicken sandwich I received was disappointing(see photos). If it wasn't for the app having an offer I would have paid $5.29 for a sandwich with a very thin piece of chickenon it. I have gotten the $1.59 Crispy Chicken sandwich from other Wendy's in the past with bigger piece of chicken thanthis... Wendy's has always been my favorite of the big chain burger places. Their burgers are better than the rest and they have a great... salad selection. They have improved their French fries and are comparable to their competitors. Nothing beats the frosty andtheir world class chili. Where's the beef? It's here along with their chicken and fish sandwiches. Now as for Yorkville, I haveordered 2 large fries and one medium. What I received was medium fries in large containers. I can easily fit my large fries inthe medium container. From previous visits this is for certain. You must check your order before you leave because the chancesof getting it wrong is pretty high. Well went to Wendy?s for the new Italian chicken mozzarella sandwich and garlic fries. The sandwich was so dry and it was in a... garlic knot bread and I think they forgot the garlic in the bread. Tasted like boring briefs. The marinara sauce they use is notgood at all. The fried mozzarella was a patty. The garlic fries were just ok. Not bad but not good. Definitely a let down. Read more
