I went into Starbucks to get a couple things, a muffin, and a pink drink. I went up to the counter to place my order and I got... the impression that the girl that was waiting on me was being snippy and rude, and to make matters worse, my drink was mediocreat best, and my muffin was barely warmed like I asked. I am on a liquid diet because my jaw is broken and the staff was extremely helpful and patient with me while trying to find... something I could order that met my needs. I'm extremely thankful as some establishments have not been as helpful while I dealwith my health. Read more
So disappointed with this they charge more for a venti size to get this much and oatmilk to barely add any.
Horrible rude staff even the store manager is rude! Ordered on my app and went through drive thru just to be told I had to go... inside to get my drink. I guess a half hours isn?t enough time to make a drink?? When I explained I couldn?t I have a smallchild and it?s raining out she said she couldn?t help me. Drinks are great but please we need some common sense here. How are we supposed to drink this with a straw that is shorter than... the cup? And it seems to happen all the time. Read more
Staff is always friendly and order is always correct. They take the extra initiative to compliment something or make... conversation when you're waiting at the window for your drink. My drink tastes the same every time. The only cons I've evernoted are: the electronic order monitor seems to be broken or malfunctioning 50% of my visits and the turn to go around thebuilding after ordering is very narrow for long and/or wide vehicles. Nice inside, but service is hit or miss. They are not very quick and are always out of stock that other Starbucks have.
