Very clean place. The gentleman that took my order was very respectful and pleasant. I ordered the curd burger. It was very... cheesy and the build of it was spot on. As far as the flavor it was ok. Needs a bbq sauce to take it up to a wow factor. Thesandwich itself is bland. Once I put on the sauce perfect. The crinkle cut fries were cooked perfect. Read more
This store seems to be very unorganized during heavy traffic times. Started with the person taking my order very rushed and... totaling my order 3 different times, then to get to the register to pay, still seemed very rushed, relax and orders will betaken correctly. I was asked to pull forward, where there was zero organization. When the runners were bringing out orders theywere literally wandering the entire parking lot. Then my order was finally brought out after at least a 10 minute wait in theparking lot. We got home to eat the order & not only was it incorrect with a double burger, which I was over charged for, thesecond burger wasn?t even cooked! I?ll add photos later. Then when attempting to complete the company survey the receipt is sofaint I can?t even read the numbers! Also, the receipt I was given didn?t provide the transaction number I needed to completethe survey. Very disappointed in this location. Read more
The service is struggling here. There were a lot of employees there, but it was chaos inside and out with a ton of cars backed... up and waiting for food in the drive thru. We waited quite a while for our food and some friends of ours who were there for ato-go order had to keep asking for things that were left out of their order. The food was good once we finally got it but wepassed on getting my son's ice cream from his kids meal because it was taking so long to get it when we went back up to thefront to ask them for it. We're new to this area and so glad to find a Culver's near enough to our town to enjoy every now and then! Love the family size... cheese curds options too, we can save some for the next day. Would love to see you have some meal options for low carbers; meatand veggie bowls, burgers with no bun, veggie and salad items we can substitute for fries, etc. Read more
Best fast food. Beats the other hamburger joints. I like that they have a much better menu. The shrimp and the cod sandwich are... really good as are the other items offered. So far I have not had a bad meal. Read more
Salads are utterly disappointing. All previous experiences here had been good. But recently I got a salad at this restaurant,... the Strawberry Fields, to be specific. The greens on it were subpar, not to mention the strawberries tasted nothing likestrawberries, they were borderline out of the bin, not the refrigerator. If you want to enjoy your meal, skip the salad menu;it's a waste of money. Read more
