We arrived for lunch on a Sunday just before one. The restaurant was busy, but had plenty of seating. We were saying right away... and service was excellent. Food came fairly quick, presentation was well done and packed with flavor. The menu is extremelycreative, and kid friendly. This has been on my wish list for a year or two now. We recommend the macaroni it was light with thesauce which was perfect. We split the milk shake because of all the toppings. Read more
Lured here from our hotel recommending it and then seeing their insane shakes - we had to try them! Admittingly a bit pricy... (about $15/each) and smaller selection than expected (just 4 shakes to pick from that are non-alcoholic) BUT...but...they weresuper delicious! Not just a gimmick of looking fun and tasting bad, but every part was well executed. Definitely a funexperience to try and already want to go back as their food menu was looking amazing as well. This place is 45mins from me but had to try it..in old downtown Yorkville by the river We had burgers , mac n cheese..and... several of their desserts . Let's start with the Pros..... The vibe of the place is awesome Burger meat was great , cookedperfect flavors were well mixed Mac n cheese was very good with chorizo n onionstrings Bbq sauce was spot on Green bean dish wasamazing along with the spicy mash potatoes . The desserts were creative and tasty. Then theres the Cons.....everything in myopinion is over priced by 2 bucks .. 4 burgers, 1 mac n cheese, 3 shakes, 3 soft drinks Bill was 145.00 not including tip ,divided by 7 people averaging 24.00 a guest.....fyi Lastly service was great Ruby was our server spot on , informative and supernice ..job well done. As much as we enjoyed the food, at the current price point I probably wouldn't drive out just to eat thereagain. I would have to already be in the area to consider it. I would still recommend this restaurant to others, however, theprice per person estimate might scare them off. Thank you Read more
Really solid burger joint! It's kind of similar to Kuma's Corner. Quality burgers and mac and cheese. I wish there was some more... options. I split the burger of the week (wax poetic) and bite the flesh with my wife. We had both the garlic fries and thevalentina fires. We did nachos and cheese curds for apps. Everything was very good. The wax poetic i thought was kind of blandbut the big chunks of crab made up for it. The shakes seem to be a big thing here but in my opinion they have entirely too muchgoing on so i didnt even both. Other people at our table did get them though. Definitely worth the 1 hr trip, id come back andgive the mac n cheese a try. Thanks guys Read more

Great place, amazing service, so friendly. Love the decor and music. I wasn't expecting so many kids at a place like this but... there was. A lot. Not their fault because it's the shakes they create that probably bring them in. But if you have a screamingchild, please control it. Anyways the food was amazing, brisket was perfectly made. Everything was delicious. Definitely can'twait to visit again! Read more
