Went there today for the first time. We got there shortly after they opened and the employee who helped us was very friendly... and able to answer all the questions I asked. We got two burgers, chicken tenders and fries. The burgers were really great. The patties had an awesome sear and very tender inside. The veggies were all super fresh and I really liked that they grill theonions to order rather than just having a pile of precooked ones sitting around like five guys. They use Martin's potato rollswhich is a great choice. The fries were also really good, with a nice crispy outside. The people who came in after us got thechicken sandwich and it was cool to see that they dredge, coat and fry them to order. Will definitely be back and most likelytry the chicken sandwich next time. Last night was a mess. drinks weren?t refrigerated, ice machine broken, they prioritize online orders over walk in. Waited 20... minutes for a soggy burger and warm fountain drinks. Maybe it?s because they are so woke and fired all of their un-v-ax-edemployees and now have no one to work. Two orders after mine they started turning away walk in customers because they were ?toobusy? or otherwise understaffed. Employees did what they good but the problem is upper management/owner. The food here taste the way It should taste like. Also prices are very good and overall this is a place you wanna know. I don?t... live in Yorktown but I come in once or twice a week and usually on these days I will stop here. I recommend a place and thinkthat anyone would like burgers should know about it. Read more
