Very nice, very clean and smells good, friendly staff ????

My husband and I come into the restaurant fairly close to the store closing. Instead of making us aware of their rule to not... make food five minutes before the restaurant closes the cashier was very rude and gave us a hard time rolling her eyes tellingus next time we would not be able to order food after a certain time. That?s fine! instead of complaining this employee couldhave just nicely let us know they were not taking anymore orders. She was rolling her eyes and when I went to take my bag offood from her shoved it down onto the counter and rushed us out of the store. She had light brown hair and was wearing a blueshirt. The employee also waited until after we ordered the food to make us aware of the policy. We would have had no problemjust ordering drinks. Ordered 3 smoothies they all tasted like a fruits whisper. The smoothies version of a la croix.

The smoothie that I ordered was watered down and tasted like it was made with old moldy fruit.The cashier, blonde haired girl,... had to put on gloves just to give me a refund. I will not be returning to this location. Poor quality and terrible service. Read more

Had to wait 20 minutes for one smoothie order. One employee was busy getting their smoothies & food together to take home, as... they were apparently getting off work but the store was backing up...it would have been nice of them to be more considerate oftheir customers, versus rushing to make their food n drink to hurridly get out the store. I've worked fast food & know that whena store is backed up, u don't take the time to make your food to take home with you. All the while this employee had on theirpurse, strapped around their body. Thankful for this stores customer service, attention to detail and not to mention great food. They filled a large order for me... today and were very accommodating with me to ensure I had everything taken care of. This is our favorite Tropical Smoothie tovisit and we drive past several others to get to this one. All of the staff is very attentive and friendly with every customer. Quick and reliable, Tropical Smoothie's are all the same. Pleasant staff at this location. Clean bathroom. Always a good sign... that the garbage area is clean. Could wipe the tables down a bit more frequently though, the first two we sat at were sticky.Best smoothie I've had in awhile. Read more
