Food was great, got my orders quick. Great place to go after shopping at Kroger.
Nov. 2nd - Went inside a little after 7pm, a woman was on her way outside from behind the counter and she told me I could order... on the kiosk. No cars were in drive though. I placed my kiosk order and waited 20+ mins for my food. While I was waiting for myfood, 8-10 cars came, ordered and left the drive through with their orders. In the meantime, I'm listening to the staff makingthe orders, cursing and using the N-word several times. Read more
I don?t know why this Taco Bell is rated as 3.9/5 on Google, because it is literally one of the best ones in Hampton Roads. They... are quick through the drive-through and the food is always hot and delicious! The ones in Williamsburg cannot compare. Read more
POOR SERVICE. One car in drive thru. One person inside plus myself. 4 or 5 workers in kitchen. Two workers outside with... family. First I was in the drive thru, after 8 minutes the car in front of me had not moved. Went inside. No one at the counterto wait on you. Everyone in the kitchen never acknowledged me. Finally one came by and took my order begrudgingly. Have no namesince the receipt has a ladies name on it. He went back to kitchen and they had a big laugh!!! Assuming the ladies name on thereceipt was outside with family. She brought in four children sat them in a booth. Never went behind the counter. Have no ideaif a manager was there. Read more
They really served a tortilla with a few sprinkles of cheese and scant chicken for $5. No jalapeño sauce on it for some reason.... I gave it back and got a few more sprinkles of cheese and a few more chicken pieces. Tf? And they forgot the sauces. Is itreally so difficult? Young white female and black male serving. Great job on the breakfast box! Got some for office staff and it made everyone's day! Suggestion: Quesadilla needs some spicy... ranch sauce on it. Iced coffee was perfect. Hash brown cooked to perfection. Loved the Cinnabons, that was the happy ending. Read more
***Super Clean & New*** Went to this Taco Bell on 5-11-12. It is exceptionally clean and still very new. They do have... kiosks.........which I LOVE the Taco Bell kiosks.......they're incredibly easy to use. If I'm being picky our food took a tinybit longer than expected, but not long enough to warrant a demotion in the 5 stars. Food was great. Overall 5 stars. Read more
All the lettuce on the food was rotten and spoiled; how could they not known when prepping your order when the greens were... black; disgusting, I hope the health dept. shuts them down. Read more
