Literally the most ridiculous experience I?ve ever encountered. I was there with my son to get a sub. We waited at least 5... minutes to be helped there were two people in front of us the person. Making subs was clearly new. There was another employeethere but on the phone. When it was our turn we asked if the subs were BOGO he said yes so I told my son to order two of thesame sub one for tomorrow. My son ordered a simple tuna with pickles and replied yes sir to the employees questions about thesub. We got to check out and the other employee gave the total I asked aren?t they BOGO and she said that?s only my online. Isaid I asked before we started and her response was ?he?s new so he wouldn?t know?. I asked how to fix it we didn?t need twosubs and she replied ?I already told you it was his first day.? I replied that?s not my fault and she said ?then I don?t need toserve you and removed the food from the counter.? I asked what the problem was and she said I?m not serving you. I knew if Imade any other arguments I would be a ?Karen? I asked for the managers number she told me it was on the door. There must becameras there to observe the interaction I never raised my voice or was rude in anyway. I was with my 13 year old who was justas baffled as I was by the experience. This was the most ridiculous experience I?ve ever had anywhere. I am still in disbeliefthat it even occurred. Read more

Very nasty store employee that doesn?t know how to speak to anyone. THE LATTUS IS VERY BAD AND SMALLS I TOLD EMPLOYEE TO CHANGE... HE TOLD ME THAT WHY I CAN NOT GO TO THE OTHER STORE. Hair in my sub, uncooked bacon, sub was supposed to be toasted and was not. Won?t be back again and we on average have been... going there 1-2 times a month. And when my husband called the store to let them know of the problems, they were rude to him andaccused him of being rude. He was the customer. An apology would have been nice. Check out there reviews, hair in food is notanything new to them! Disgusting! Tie your hair back instead of just wearing a hat! Read more

Been going to this subway for several years now and average no fewer than 2 visits per month. The staff is always extremely... friendly. It's the main reason I return so often. Regarding the kid in the restaurant remark posted earlier. Yes there has beenon more than one occasion that the store is serving as daycare for a child. I agree its unprofessional but I sympathize with thelikely circumstance. This is the only reason I dinged them a star from my review. Read more

Very Un-American! Hair In Food! So I pulled up to the front of the store and walked in to pick up food. Immediately, I was... yelled at by store employees and the store manager, telling me I couldn?t park there. I told them that i had a disability andcould not walk far. They told me they didn?t care. This is an awesome subway!!! Best subway ever!!! The employees are amazing so extremely polite? they really care about you as a... customer and making our food!! If something is wrong manager is always on top of fixing it!!! The by far cleanest subway!! Recently moved further away so I pass 3 subways to come to this one and will not go into any other!! I went to this store today around 2:45p and I had the worst experience, ever! It was a child in the store behind the counter,... apparently the daughter of the 2. She was playing with a roll of paper towels which was wet. In addition, my mobile order wasnot prepared correctly. The bacon was raw so when I called to informed them that I had no eatery. The male worker was so rude!So when I returned to the store so I can get a refund. A female worker was even ruder! She told me to quit speaking when I toldher this is a free country, clearly because you don't have a mask on. She told me to get the ***** out the store, she cursed atme!! Clearly the store manger don't care because she said she was going to inform her what she did!! Also, for the past 3 monthsthis store has been getting bad reviews because of these 2 employees. They are a girlfriend/boyfriend duo which is clearlyrunning long time customers away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. Maybe OSHA needs to visit because children behind the counter has be aviolation.
