Usually amazing and I never write reviews but i?ve had multiple rude instances with a certain worker at the drive through... window. They were blunt at the order part but whatever. I got my drink and they didn?t say ?have a good day? or anything. Thenthey Closed the window in my face before i could ask for a straw at the drive through window and the person turned around totalk to co workers. Not to bad a line in the drive thru. Person at the window was very friendly. The iced coffee is delicious! 4 stars because of... the horrible smell in the drive thru. Not sure what it was, but yuck! Read more

Went for dessert and coffee... employees were polite and engaging. Drinks and food was great!!!!

Ordered a mobile order, that must of not gone thru so when I got to the microphone Amy says yeah that just came thru thirty... seconds ago next time you need to give us the 5-7 minutes to prepare your order I said okay no problem sorry, it literally took6 minutes for me to even get to the window from the speaker upon approach Amy comes to the window with an unwarranted badattitude once again saying they make mobile orders the order they come in and I?m just going to have to wait extremely rude toneas the staff behind her in the window gawk like I was being lectured by my parent for breaking a window or something. Don?t knowif this lady was having a bad day but she should look for another day job and not treat the customers like they are making herjob harder when her job is in fact to serve the public and MAKE COFFEE. You would make a customer who is already there wait evenlonger for your own spite.. I told her she could just cancel the order she gave me a dirty look, didn?t say a word oracknowledge my request and walked off. I would of been perfectly content with waiting had she not addressed me with such a rudeand nasty demeanor. Read more

Okay, So I don't write these often, so pay attention. The staff at this Starbucks makes this the best Starbucks i've ever... visited! I strongly recommend going in to order. Not because there is something wrong with getting your drive through order butbecause you would then miss the joy of watching this beautifully choreographed group of artists perform. Professionals behavingprofessionally! It's so rare these days you have to take a moment to appreciate it. I appreciate you! Read more

I went through the drive through at 6am. I just ordered a hot tea and a sandwich and pulled forward. I realized I had forgotten... to order an ice water to cool down my 200° tea. When I asked for one, the lady at the window rolled her eyes and said " Nexttime order it at the window." And roughly handed me the water. Not the customer service I'd expect. Especially when it appearedthat they had no other orders at the moment. Disappointed. Read more
