Hardly any steak on my sub and they forgot my cheese
They are extremely rude. If you ask for something and they don't have it they will just put what they want on there! And they... will argue with you about it! So the app selected the wrong store. I called store (the app clearly states to call store and cancel order) to cancel order and... the lady says I?m sorry I cannot do that I don?t know how. When I asked to speak to a manager she says she is in charge. I askher name and she hangs up. I enjoy a good sandwich but the customer service at the Yorktown tx subway is horrendous and thatlady decided to pocket the money. I detest thieves and liars and lady that is what you are!! Read more

So I see a billboard in town for $2.50 subs for customer appreciation. I am told No. I order the $6 deal of the day, and I'm... charged $8. The explanation? The cookie costs $0.60. What?!?
