The Absolute Worst. I dont normally rate a business low or speak on them. But like i stated THE ABSOLUTE WORST.. First thing... first, my food is always hot. Never cold. Now down to it Im NEVER greeted nor acknowledged, without a crowd im usually in and inabout 30-40 minutes. With a crowd of about 3-4 tables used 1hr plus. Forget about calling in. No answer except weekdays. Thestaff to include management seems to have no care about takeout orders. They cant say short staffed because its 3 on the grilland waffle maker, 1 dish washer, and 3 order takers.. owell, Thank You Huddle House for stepping up where Waffle House fellshort ALOT. If you want your eggs with cheese cooked like they are at home, this is the place to go. The only place I've found that knows... how to fix your breakfast like you'd cook it. AWESOME !!!!!!!!!! Read more
Understaffed and dirty. Dirty tables, dirty silverware, dirty cups? you get it. Hire some people and pay them 15$ an hour and... maybe you can turn this place around otherwise this Waffle House will be out of business. Read more
Most discussing place. I have been there before and it was okay. Now they are extremely understaffed. Food is discussing, place... is filthy. Staff have nasty attitudes. They don?t know how to make customer request. We ordered over/easy. All the eggs weremade the same! Burned. Except for the one that was undercooked, was suppose to be sunny side up and it was practically raw. The staff attitudes were so bad. They were out of everything, they didn?t even have ketchup. The grits were cold and thelittle waitress said they could not heat it up. There were multiple items that they were out of. It?s was dirty, whichincludes the staff and the facility. We went to get some breakfast at Waffle house in York. It's been awhile since going there since Covid. I enjoyed my breakfast.... The staff was nice and the food was good. I love breakfast any time of the day!! Read more
