Always a great experience I get the salted caramel frappe and the southern touch grilled cheese both are a must try! 7 months... later and this is STILL my goto spot in York, maybe even the whole county, especially if we're talking service. In the world welive in today where nobody wants to work and the people who do don't always do their best....this has NEVER EVER EVER been aproblem here at Southern Touch. I'm a fan for sure. Wonderful Saturday lunch experience. It was a day dedicated to whatever my mother wanted to do. We drove from Shelby to come... here because she'd noticed it a week earlier while picking up a document from the court house and had to try it. Jim, the owner,went over and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our chosen lunch items. The hotdog was delicious (according to my mom) and mychicken salad sandwich was great. Jim brought us a sample of the pasta salad. She ended up leaving with dinner for the next twodays and two pie halves. While we were driving back home and talking about how great the visit was, she realized she'd forgottento leave a tip and panicked. We will come back soon and take care of that, Jim! I'm afraid I cannot remember the lady's name whowas also working, she was awesome too. Thanks for helping make this day special for us. Read more

I went here today with a group of guys from work and had a great experience. I chose the BBQ plate which came with a Half Pound... of BBQ, 2 sides, a drink, and as a bonus a few hush puppies and a roll. For my sides I chose Pasta Salad and Slaw. Overall, itwas a very good meal, and everything had great flavor and was served to us very quick. It is not a large place but for the sizeI was impressed, and we will be happy to return. I also chose to get a few deserts consisting of a lemon pound cake, some bananapudding, and a cannoli cheesecake. I gave the pudding away but ate the cheesecake and it was very good and had a perfect amountof sweetness along with a great creamy texture. I plan to share the lemon pound cake with my family later. Out of the newerplaces to eat in York this is one of my favorites as of now and I will be sure to try more items on their menu soon. Read more
