3 for the morning shift is awesome!! Everything is always hot fresh and timely with friendly staff that afternoon and night... shift!! Just don't waste your time going... And thats to eat or to door dash they don't care about you nor your time nor gettingyour food to you in a timely manner and it's not even hot or fresh when you do eventually get it! So nights and afternoons get a0 morning shift a 5 so I average a 3 for the whole! Read more

Negative stars would be best. Asked for a snack size mcflurry. Lady on the speaker got rude and said they come in one size. I... said ok let me get that size then. Then ordered a strawberry shake. Get to the pick up window. They give me a mcflurry. I said Ialso had a strawberry shake with receipt in hand. They handed me another mcflurry. I said no a strawberry shake. Then they giveme an iced coffee. By then I'm convinced they were just playing games. Worse service ever. Don't complain customers are rudewhen service here was an absolute joke. The new easy ordering system is light years faster than the old walk up register service. It's McDonald's, so it's pretty much... always the same wherever you go, so nothing special as far as Mickey Ds food is concerned. Fast, not especially friendly, anddone correctly. Read more
Good food, fast order taking, fair service . I always love the hotcakes and the McGriddles and I am usually impressed with the... accuracy and speed or order taking but these days, the staff is more often than not seemingly pre-programmed to take money andnot even make eye contact much nor make small talk to be friendly. I would rather order from a drone than a person that feelsasleep at the wheel like that but that is just my opinion of the state of things now days. All things aside, a solid 4 starssince one of my stars is based on friendly staff a must. At least wish me a great day instead of hand me the change andliterally lock the window afterwards like I am a bad person.. Read more
