Terrible! While we were ordering our food, one of the employees dropped an open bag of fries. Some of the fries fell out of... the bag onto the floor. Some hit the floor but remained in the bag. He scooped up the bag (including the fries that hit thefloor) and put the bag back on the shelf! I told the cashier what happened and she told him exactly which bag to throw away,which tells me she saw it happen! There was also water all over the floor around the drink machines. The staff were nice but the food sucked, certainly not worth the price increase. I got grilled chicken, it was dry. The small... swipe of mayo was no help. Hubby got baconator burger. I think that one piece of brown thing was bacon. Fries were soggy &undercooked. Won't go again. Read more
Very slow service. My daughter ordered nuggets and fries, while I ordered a southwest avocado grilled chicken salad and when I... opened it, there wasn't any avocado. It took 15 minutes for our food, also. The young lady working the register doesn'tcommunicate either; she just stares at you waiting for you to speak up. No greeting, no total amount due, nothing. I believethe general manager stepped in to fill orders because the restaurant was filling up with customers waiting for their food. I'mnot a fan of fast food in general, and this reminded me why. I LOVE that they bag each meal individually for large orders! I'm sure that is a leftover covid response but I hope they keep... doing it. It makes handing out food in the vehicle so much easier, each person gets handed their own bag of food and then theyare responsible for packing the trash back into it and throwing it away. Read more

If your food comes out hot buy a lottery ticket because it's your lucky day. Employees could care less about cross contamination... for those with allergies. If you dine in you'll be craving a shower. Dirty. Floors are always sticky, tables rarely cleaned.You're more likely to hear the staff "talking hood" than they are to hear what you order correctly. You'd be better servedeating out of an Applebee's dumpster. Probably get better service too. Read more
