The food was excellent and the waitress, Christiana was great and attentive. We could see that they were busy and she was... managing well under pressure? the only issue, we felt bad for her because another employee, Athen, kept barking orders at her onthe floor in front of all of the customers. While Christina was reading back our order to us he came up and literally startingcommanding her to do this-or-that while she was speaking to us. I was part of a party of 8 there to have dinner and drinks to celebrate a 21st birthday. From the time we hit the door we felt... welcome there. We were promptly seated and drink orders taken. Special shout out to our server Allison! She was always there totake care of any requests. Extra condiments, more napkins, more drinks, whatever the need, no problem. She had it covered!! Foodwas great. Prices reasonable. Staff was fantastic. Nice relaxing atmosphere. This was personally my first time there but I havea real good feeling that I will be back again. Read more
We ordered a chicken cheese steak deluxe, but instead received a cheese steak. The owner thought the wrong sandwich was brought... out. He insisted on making us the correct sandwich, no questions asked!! How is that for customer service?? He told us to keepthe incorrect cheese steak order - no charge. No muss no fuss. We have enjoyed meals there before and will obviously dine at theVault again. Read more

Horrible service. The owner (lady) is very rude and unprofessional. When I picked up my order she collected my money (no glove).... As she went to retrieve my food some fries fell out onto the counter from another order and she scooped them up and put themback in their container. I took my order of 24 wings and as I was pulling out I noticed 21 of the wings were flats. Sheliterally told me they would never do that although we both stared at the flats. I explained I do not eat flats and if there wasanyway she could accommodate. She gave me a blank stare and told me how do I know u didn?t mix them up? I have been going herefor years, but to insult my intelligence, I?ll take my little $50 orders up the road! Never again! Read more
The place is very clean and modern looking. My server was prompt and pleasant. I saw nothing remotely resembling what some of... the negative reviewers are speaking about. The service was fantastic. The food was a little above average. By no means bad, butnothing that is going to wow you. The pizza is par for the course for the York, PA area. All in all a good local bar to havearound. We need to support these places, as they are fast becoming a relic of the past. Read more
