Guy at the counter is rude. Didn?t know you no longer can order off your app and he acted like we should have known that. No... menus. We were told to look online. Sorry, didn?t get service there. Two guys working in the kitchen. NO customers were acknowledged when they came in. One of the men working took the order of the... guy in front of us. We were there to pick up an order that has been placed already. A woman came in and got in line behind us,but the guy who seemed to be taking orders or whatever helped her first even though we were cleary in front of her. Aftertelling her that her order wasn't ready yet, he finally turned his attention somewhat to us to ask, "What can I get you?" Ourpick up order was already done. Not only the best cheese steak around but the service is excellent!! They made a slight mistake on my order and rectified it... right away (with in 15 min) by delivering me a new order. Friendly staff ....even giving good advice.....over all outstandingservice???? experience! Read more
we decided to try this tonight instead of Parma which is where we usually get subs. let?s just say, go to Parma you?re better... off. there was barely any wiz in the subs, barely any mayo even though we asked for extra on one. the cheese fries had moreliquid cheese goop than actual fries. they also don?t use the right hoagie hots. it tastes like they took the whole jar and putit in our subs. i took two bites and tossed the rest. it?s sad when a place that?s supposed to be solely a cheesteak place isn?teven as good as pizza shops subs. won?t be back Read more

Hands down, the best cheese steaks in the area! They are delicious. I have the app on my phone now and as soon as I get a... notification that the food truck will be in our area I change plans for dinner. Ordering and paying through the app, then youget a text when it's ready ... so easy. Love this place. Please come to Dover more :) Read more
