Had a really nice meal with great service at the cove. This was my first time here and I was very pleasantly surprised. We... ordered off of the sandwich side of the menu which is extensive. There are tons of entree options as well. My French dip withbaby spinach and dark rice was absolutely delicious. The food was great the service was great we were able to eat outside and had no issues with bugs, it was a relaxed area.
This is a great place to dine outdoors when the weather is warm. The creek-side deck is lovely, with shaded tables and excellent... service. Their lunch menu is not huge, but has enough variety to satisfy many different tastes. It's our go-to place for lunchwith friends or colleagues. Plenty of easy parking as well. Read more
Great spot, very nice outdoor views. The menu seemed to be a little high, but it seemed to be worth it with the quality that I... had. The beer selection was definitely different with some great choices. The bartender was awesome and knowledgeable which madefor a great experience. I ordered the Mac & Cheese with BBQ Brisket on top. Great atmosphere! I love to walk in and feel welcome with a Beautiful smile from the hostess. The food is very good and well... prepared. They have the best bartenders in town. If you love whiskey this is the place to go. Best ???? Whiskey cocktails intown. Read more
This restaurant is so gorgeous! We were going to sit outside at one of their three open flame tables but they were all occupied.... Ended up sitting inside instead. They have a decent selection of food. We started with a cup of Cream of Crab soup andCheesesteak Eggrolls. Both were great, especially the eggrolls! We each got a burger, the Whiskey Bacon BBQ and Bahama Mama. Letme just say they were some of the best burgers we've ever had. The ambience both in and outside is very appealing. Staff is verypleasant and our server was everything we could ask for. Not to mention there is a beautiful little stream out back. Definitelywill eat here again, if we are ever in the area. Read more
This restaurant came highly recommended, so I was surprised by how poorly of an experience we had. The overall restaurant... appearance is quite nice, and the selection of food and drink is good as well. The issues we had were with the service andquality of food. Our server did not come to our table for some time when we first got seated and did not take our food orderuntil 15+ minutes after he got us waters. Throughout our stay, he was seemingly unavailable the entire time; I would see manyother workers running in and out every minute, but our server would not appear for several minutes at a time. Regarding thefood, we had multiple issues. Our poutine appetizer had virtually no gravy or meat, and after asking one of the runners for aside of gravy, she came back and said the appetizer would be taken off the check. While this gesture was a welcome surprise, itclearly indicates that it was not prepared properly. The mac and cheese I ordered with brisket was severely lacking in cheese aswell; it was virtually buttered noodles dusted with parmesan cheese (another reviewer here showed their picture of a creamy macand cheese; mine was not creamy or cheesy at all). With the price the meal was commanding, it simply was not worth it at all. Asalad ordered was also lacking in chicken and dressing, but they did provide additional dressing when requested. The news is notall negative though, as the brisket in the mac and cheese was plentiful and quite good. The cove old fashioned was also verygood, and an order of the Nashville chicken sandwich was also up to par. But the negatives overwhelmingly outweigh the positiveshere. I hope that this visit was a ?one-off? bad day considering all the hype I was told, but this first impression was not agood one. Read more
