We?ve been coming here for many years, the ice cream and topping choices are great BUT? the place has been going downhill in the... last year or so. It is incredibly dirty. We were sitting inside in view of the credenza by the front door. The amount of trashunder it is disgusting. The countertop with the toppings is so incredibly sticky and has not been wiped in a while. Chairs,tables?.everything was covered in ice cream?.the floor in front of the toppings bar is black?the trashcan outside overflowing?itused to be an amazing please, and you can?t tell me that they are short staffed because right now, as I sit here writing thisreview, there is a total of five employees behind the counter and no customers in line?.absolutely no reason for the place to bethis filthy. Very nice staff, they are Very helpful. Great place to go for dessert! Ur stomach will be happy u went. U get to make ur own set... up and pay per weight. Lots of yummy toppings to choose from. Enjoy!! Thank me later. Read more
The choc. I.C. was leaking-forming a puddle on the floor. The cashier was up front on her phone...we told her, she finally came... out with a mop, cleaned it up, but it kept leaking & in no time another puddle was there. The peach dispenser just kept flowingout, told the girl again....The floor in front of the toppings was disgusting...the dispensers for the toppings had dried, cakedon Carmel & choc. My daughter press down on the whipped cream dispenser...squirted out all over her. Read more
Several flavors were not working or not ready. The whipped cream dispenser spit whip cream on me because it was almost empty... and I was told it would be about a half hour before they would have more whipped cream ready. Read more
It's okay. Has not been very clean recently. There haven't been many flavors available because machines are always broken. Color... changing spoons are cool. Idk if I'll come back anytime soon because I hate touching things that are sticky. Read more
SweetFrog is easily a place you wanna go to for desert with the family. The kids will love to try and get their frozen yogurt... out of the wall and parents will love the flavors. The only downside was that they were out of my favorite flavor; Cookies NCreme. Read more
Great frozen yogurt. Lots of variety, unique flavors. Toppings are fresh and abundant. Always have a good time here with the... family. The staff is great - very friendly. If you aren't sure, ask them for suggestions! Oh if you have dietary restrictionsthey do have gluten and dairy free. Read more
As others have recently shared - love the product and the heart behind this business. But this specific location is not cared... for well and I never see someone over the age of a college student managing or supervising at this location.
