A young lady came in after I made my purchase to say her mom's credit card wasnt working. (She apparently left to try an ATM)... and politely apologized to the lady at the counter. I turned and said I'd pay for it. (Kids shouldn't go hungry ever) The ladysaid it was $40. I still agreed. The young lady graciously thanked me. The lady at the counter offered me free food for thegesture and outside a very nice lady (with her children) waited to thank me herself. The world still has good people in it. Read more

We found this store back during Covid. They went above and beyond trying to take care of their customers trying to protect them... from Covid. If we wanted subway we always went to this store because the staff took very good care of the customers. Tonight wewere out running errands and decided we wanted subway. I ordered a sub and asked for lettuce. The lady put a couple pieces oflettuce on it. I asked for more because I like a lot of lettuce on my subs. She said I can?t put more on due to a lettuceshortage. At that point I almost walked out. I usually only get lettuce, tomato and onions on my sub but instead I had them putall the vegetables on. It was an ok sub but not what I wanted. I will not be stopping by subway at least until the lettuceshortage is over. If I?m paying $12 for a sub I?m going to go somewhere that will make my sub the way I like it. Read more
