Lazy driver's. Want you to come to there car. Do not follow contactless delivery. Rude night manager and very rude general... manager. Will never deal with again. Stay away and order from a company that values there customers and not cuss them out andrefuse to hear there complaint or handle it. And yes, I was very nice and polite. Ordered online at 10:30 am for noon delivery from South Queen Street location. They charge $5 delivery fee and we added 15% tip... when we ordered. Our pizza arrived at 12:25 pm - ok a little late. Driver said he fell and dropped our pizza as he's leaving.Upon opening the box we had a stack of pizza slices and the box was bent in half. I called the store, spoke with Reggie (themanager) who offered no apology. He said he'd remake it and send it out whenever his driver returned. Umm...NO!!!
