Went to the central market stall and the girl's working the stand were SO nice! And even though they were wrapping up for the... day, they got me my order hot, fresh, and fast. It honestly might be some of the best food I've ever had; so good! Willdefinitely be back again. Read more

Happened to walk by this place when I was in the area and was intrigued. Never really had proper Egyptian or middle eastern food... before. I asked my coworker who is from Cairo, and he recommended I try koshary, which is what you see in the image. It wasreally good! It immediately reminded me of my mom's pasta fagioli (fazool) that we ate so often when I was a kid, but withspices like cumin added, and lentils instead of regular beans. I will be coming back to try more things! Read more

Friendly staff. My favorite was the Mango/Strawberry juice. Prices were a bit high, a falafel plate and drink was ~$15.

We ordered several dishes since we don't happen upon Egyptian restaurants every day. We had a couple of Chicken Shawarmas. We... also had a couple of other dishes. Everything was really good! I can't remember the names of all the dishes but everyone seemedhappy with what they got. If you are in the are, give them a try. Read more

We loved our meals! The food was flavorful and delicious, but not spicy. Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. It... was our first visit and all four of us agreed we would definitely come back. Read more

Delicious food and great service. Felo helped us with our questions about the dishes. It was much appreciated. Reccomended.

The owners are lovely. They are very patient and explained all the options. It?s a family-owned restaurant that focused on... comforting, hearty Egyptian dishes. I think they served a few dishes I didn?t expect like a lasagna and chicken pasta dish.Everything I had was good! I ordered the side salad, lentil soup, pickled potatoes, and falafel sandwich with tahini. I had totake half of it home, but it was delicious and unique. I?ve never had Egyptian cuisine before, but it is reminiscent of manyother middle eastern cuisines. It was very good. I cannot wait to go here, again. My order was made completely vegan. But thereare plenty of meat dishes for the omnivores. I think the falafel was the lightest and tastiest I have had. The tahini (sesameseed dressing) was perfect. I just needed a lemon wedge and it would have been even better. I loved my lentil soup: it wasaddicting. The pickled potatoes were like a spicy potato salad. And the side salad was light and refreshing. I will be back. Iwill bring some friends. Read more
