Ordered at 8:18, received ice cold food at 8:45 pm. This food had clearly been sitting out for a long time and was no longer... safe. Took it inside for a refund. No one knew how to do it. They also could not find the manager. They kept saying, ?She is notin the store.? When she was finally located, She decided to teach the employee how to do a refund. Then just walked away. Neveran apology for the wait in line, the cold, old food or the 10 minute wait it took to locate the manager. Never again. Read more
I was very impressed with the customer service I received at this particular Burger King. The gentleman that worked the window... was very polite and courteous, the service was very fast, and the food was hot and fresh. I must say that this has been the bestBurger King I have been to in a long time. Way to go Burger King for number one hiring such great employees who represent yourcompany very well and number to refer the number one! Read more
Food always seems fresh, food is always good, and orders always correct. Sometimes seems understaffed, so the wait is slightly... longer than usual. Honestly it's worth the wait for better than usual fast food. Read more
Asked for no mayo, got mayo, didnt get a straw for my drink, was told the receipt printer didnt work so I couldnt have a... receipt. Food was fine but I dont trust people who cant reload a receipt printer to fix me a meal in a clean environment. Read more
My wife and I waited well over an hour to an hour and half to receive our food. We understand there is a staff shortage, and... both have worked in the food service industry. Other people behind us were honking, but we kept our patience. Once we reachedthe window, we observed three female staff members playing on their phone and talking, acting as if there was a line wrappedaround the restaurant. It took more than ten minutes for one of the ladies to accept our payment and about the same to receiveour food. We had ordered tickets a movie theater nearby and had to reschedule three times. We know this Burger King locationwill continue without our patronage, but we won't be coming back. Read more
Not bad, but not great. Service was lightning fast, and I got my food before I even tried to fill my drink cup. I didn't like... how I could hear the employees arguing while I ate. The tables were not clean, and there were a few flies. Hard to fight fliesin the summer. The food was good, hot, and tasty still. Filled me up for $4, so that made me happy. I will probably come back tothis BK again. Read more
This BK used to be great. But it started going downhill long before the pandemic hit. Almost EVERY time I go these days, it is... the same thing....cold and old burgers and cold fries. I wanted to try the new Ghost Pepper Whopper, and though presentation wasgood enough, the burger was cold...there was no warmth to either the burger or fries. And the really aggravating part was that Ihad to pull out front and wait for 5 to 10 minutes. There was no line at the drive through and the dining room was virtuallyempty. You would have thought the burger would have been fresh right? I don't like leaving bad reviews, but these places aren'tcheap these days and they need to be held accountable when the quality is "bad gas station food" level. After reading someother reviews, I'm thinking this location is likely to get people really sick. Where is the board of health? Read more
