Just got a vegetarian pizza from this place that was uncooked , they sent me another one and the man didn?t even wanna deliver... it to my door he brought my pizza back to the store bc he refused to come up to door . I called customer service and they cantgive me back my money and they already helped me by trying to get me another pizza . Food was good but the location smelled damp and musty. Chairs all piled up and no washrooms available either. Wouldn't visit... this location in person again. Delivery is fine from this location. Edit: I sent you the email with a copy of my receipt andit's been two weeks without a reply. Did anything get fixed? Why did I send you all this information and get no responsewhatsoever? Its an average pizza pizza. Customer service is good , but they take 30 mins to make a large 1 topping and most of the customers... are creepy at best. Always one customer talking on a cell phone loudly for everyone to hear. Never once have i been able to waitfor my pizza in peace. Read more
So I decided to order two pizzas using the app for myself and family, placing my order, 1 minute later I remembered to check how... long it would take. I do and I noticed that the order said "no cheese," even though I checked the radio button formozzarella. Obviously this is a chain restaurant with only one direct number for contact. As I contact PizzaPizza they tell meI need to contact UberEats support as they have no way to contact the store!? What? You're telling me there isn't any way tocontact the store to cancel or change my order??? Horrible customer service from PizzaPizza, and while I do believe this isn'tnecessarily the stores fault, as they were following the order. Though one could argue the store should have known better. I dobelieve this is PizzaPizza's fault as they couldn't give me contact details of the store or contact the store themselves. Read more

It was the worst pizza I had ever in my whole life. They were trying to warm the slices for me but they burned them to black. I... give them zero in customer service. I asked for a pizza box as I ordered almost a whole pizza and 2 drinks, but the waitressrefused claiming that it's the policy. I hate my life after throwing that much burned pizza. I'm gonna send it to their customerservice and see how they're gonna tackle it. Read more
