Edit: have been coming back and ALWAYS a great experience, with all their staff. Will share with friends as a great spot always... with warm atmosphere and sure to fill belly with tasty food! Such warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff onThursday night (sept 8). Our experience was a really pleasant one, staff are cheery, polite, and helpful with menu, and the foodtasted great and was put together very well. Madhur (sorry if I misspelled your name!) Served us and prepared our food and itwas amazing! Both gentlemen of the staff truly showed outstanding customer service. this was my first time at Osmow's on weston road , I've been to other locations before , but this will be my last time at this... location . I just grabbed a large combo mix of beef and chicken on rice , and the meat was undercooked and still chewy . I hadto throw out my food after only a few bites and wasted 20$ on this meal . . never going back to this location again and willtell all my friends in the neighborhood to avoid it . Read more
One of my Favourite place for shawarma.. they make it in a different way? The employees are super cool.. i ordered mixed on the... rocks one of the main attractions of the menu. They made it so delicious and i want to tell everyone that the hot sauce thatthey used was one of the best one i ever had. They have different spicy level? even if you like spicy food dont go for extraspicy level?highly recommended place for the shawarma lovers. As one of the toughest reviewers in the area I am going to be fair here as they are new to this location. I have tested both in... store and Uber eats for this location. Pros: ?open until 11pm ?fresh vegetables/ pickles ?expanded selection ?get it done yourway (sauce) ?recyclable packaging Room for improvement: ?take an easy on the plastics for pickup/ delivery ?$20 large on thesticks should not feel like a shallow on the twig?s ?as a new location, manager engagement would be nice! *Can we please seesome real hot peppers? **Not sure why just chicken is literally drowning everything in grease/oil but I have seen less greaseout of a deep dish pizza.
