My husband and I stopped in York and decided to try the Kitchen. The menu looked decent so we went in and were seated. It seemed... like this was a family-run restaurant which are normally really good so we each ordered a skillet. When the food came out wewere less than impressed. First, the hash browns looked completely burnt, but we thought hey they might still taste good. It didnot. Stopped in for breakfast. Was quickly greeted, seated and drink order taken. My first time there so I needed a few minutes to... browse the menu. Everything looked and sounded so good I had a hard time making a decision. Once I ordered, food was brought outquickly, hot and delicious. My server was EXCELLENT. Food was perfect, everything was outstanding. Next time I am in the area Iwill definitely go back and try something else. Read more
The food tasted really good! It needed a bit more seasoning for my taste, but the salt and pepper that was provided worked... wonders! Added bonus, they warm up the syrup! The waitress that we had didn't seem to have much of a personality. She wasn'tnecessarily mean, but it was like ordering from a robot. You had to track her down and ask to get a refill and she only checkedon the table once after we got our food and we took about an hour to eat because of my little siblings. Read more
I love this restaurant! The food is so GOOD! I had the fish and shrimp on a recommendation from the waiter and it was... delicious!!! The fish was tender, flaky, juicy and tasty, loved the sauce. It came with really good mash potatoes (w/ gravy)and corn. Next day I got the fried chicken, which was also really good - juicy on the inside and just right crispy on theoutside. The third day I had the fish again, and it was just as good as the first day. Definitely recommend this restaurant, Iam just sorry that I did not take any pictures. Read more

Went again on 11/25/22 still good. Our waitress was so friendly very good with my daughter. Awesome food Good... eats. Slow staff. Excellent food. Only issue is most everything is fried even the grilled fish. Awesome portion sizes. Definitely a mom and pop type place. Read more
