I pulled up to the speaker box and was told to wait just a few, which was fine. Employee literally never came back on the... speaker box. I pulled to a different lane and told them that I thought their speaker box was broken and the lady had massiveattitude and said ?No it?s not. We?re busy and don?t have enough employees back here right now.? Cool. Put an effing cone inthat lane then and stop deliberately ignoring people in that lane specifically with no indication that you?re no longeraccepting orders at that speaker box. This is ridiculous! We pay good money for the meal the fries were stale and cold, and it's literally not what I even... ordered..the bun is burned not even any condiments except the dried out, old pickles! York NE McDonald's is getting to terrible,not only with missing or wrong food put poorly made! I ordered and paid for a deluxe chicken sandwich which should have hadlettuce, tomatoes, mayo. Ordered through the app as saw long line for drive-thru. That should have been my first hint. I don?t blame the (maybe) 3... employees in the restaurant. From the time I placed the order in the app until I walked out with it in hand was about 20-25minutes. Either get those poor employees that are there some additional help, close the lobby and do drive-up only, reducestore hours, or close the store until you get more help! Read more
Thos place was dreadful. None of our sandwiches on hard bread had any mustard or pickles on them. The wait was very long even... though we were only 2 cars deep at 10:30 am. Assuming the wait was for fresh food we were surprised to find everything to be farless than fresh. We do not find this to be a reflection on McDonald's but we cannot recommend this location even a little bit. 2stars for friendliness of staff even though not one of them could have been over 15. Very busy, due to service being a bit slow. Usually fast food off an interstate knows how to handle a constant stream of... customers a tad better. Prices have gone up, but the food has gotten WAY smaller. The breakfast burritos are TINY & not remotelyworth $2.30. Too much ice in my iced mocha making that a rip off too. (You may be thinking getting coffee at McDonald's in thefirst place was my mistake. I tend to agree with you.) Bathrooms were clean, although strange with doors that were hung way toohigh. So high they pretty much came up to the seat of the toilet. Super awkward and lacking the privacy a bathroom stallrequires. Read more
This store is a joke! The place was completely disgusting and the employees just stand around ignoring customers and orders so... they can just talk to eachother. After 15 minutes of waiting for nuggets and fries I asked for a refund. The employee tried toplay stupid about what a refund is then tried to tell me that they make all orders fresh to order. Haha ya right... In the 15minutes standing their watching they didn't even make any fresh fries so how is everything made fresh to order? I wasn't theonly one to complain or cancel an order in that 15 minutes either. I will never go back to this store and know others that feelthe same now. Read more
Needs to be cleaned. The floors , tables, and chairs are sticky. . Food is disgusting and undercooked and I felt sick after.... Also they got my order wrong!! I asked for nuggets not fries. And I didn't get sauces I asked for either. Don't forget tomention the rude customer service. They didn't replace it or give me my money back when I've hardly touched the food!Ridiculous. Day shift is usually great. The manager is a great guy. But the evening shift isn't. I have sat at the window waiting for... someone for 5mins till I drove off. Also there is one lady who was running the drive thru our at least one side, who wasextremely rude. Read more
