A truck driver had walked up behind my vehicle, I told him to go ahead and order as we were not ready yet. He very politely said... Thank you! He ordered his food, but also told them he was on foot as his truck was loaded and he couldn't make the drive thru,the person taking his order, very rudely told him he couldn't walk through the drive thru and got his manager. The manager thencame over the speaker and told the truck driver, our drive thru is big enough for you to get through, so if you want food youhave to drive the truck through. The truck driver told them to keep the food, and the manager, again very rudely, told him,thats ok, we will keep the food, you're the hungry one, im not! Indoor dining was closed, not enough employees. Towing a trailer, don't pull into parking lot. Too narrow to turn around, drive... through is one lane only. Go to Arby's lots of space, can eat indoors Read more
If I could do a 0 i would. Parked my extra long semi several blocks away since i cant fit in thier lot. Went to walk in and an... employee stopped me and said our lobby is closed. She asked if i was in a semi and i replied yes. She said just walk up to thedrive thru window and they will take your order. So thats what i did. Waited behind a car for about 5 minutes give or take andthen walked to the window. The lady inside told me that i had to drive a vehicle thru drive thru in order to place an order. Told her i was in a semi and she said they dont have an awning and that semis could fit. I told her mine was longer than mostand i couldnt make the turn. She said well i cant take your order unless your in a vehicle. I asked what that had to do withanything and i told her that the other employee said i could walk up. Her reply was she dont know nothing. So i said i guessill go to Runza and the employee said you go to Runza then. How disrespectful to not only me but everyone out there drivingsemis that cant just whip it into a tiny parking lot. Told the Runza staff what happened and they said they would NEVER turnanyone away for walking up to the drive thru window. Read more

Limited taco bell menu. It took a long time as they thought they were out of black beans. I do appreciate that they took the... time to find the black beans but I did say the refried were fine. Also i ordered a biscuit but didn't get it. Read more
Spent 30 for my husband and me tonight. Did not get what we ordered. Chalupas where so hard my dog would not even eat it. Taco... supreme has only cheese and meat. $8.91 for three...yes 3 chicken tenders and bbq sauce and nothing else...just strips. And they weren't that good. They only get... the second star because they were open. This WON'T happen again. Read more
