Because of the real friendly atmosphere and really great customer service as well too and most items are either very reasonable... or a little bit expensive but that what you'll expect from most of your gas stations Because they are definitely not as cheap orreliable as Grocery store on discounts and savings bit when you need a quick fix for a quick snack or piece of pizza orsomething like that or a cheap gasoline fill up then I'd recommend any day of the week for your quick fixes on snacks beveragessmokes gasoline or lighters Casey's isn't so bad ????after all for the daily grind and haul of daily needs and tasks and puck meup I'd definitely recommend ????Casey's gas stations anytime of the week for thay quick picker user fixer for any of your needs Read more
I purchased less than $5 of gas and this store took $150.00 off my debit card. So far they have only give $75 back. Be careful... using ypur bank card here folks. Oh and they claim my bank is to blame... Read more
I have major issues with this Casey's. First of all there are two employees who work there that are yelling at each other and... fighting every time I go in. The girl who runs the register, Melissa, is continually running outside to do who knows what andleaving customers at the counter waiting to be served. The younger guy who yells at Melissa all the time gets very angry whenpeople order pizza. I guess he expects to not have to work while he's on shift. And finally the kitchen itself... their warmersare empty or bear empty at any given time of the day. I have gone in at midnight or the beginning of lunch time, always empty.Doesn't matter what time, this Casey's will not have food in their warmers. There are very competent and nice people who workthere, it's just that they aren't on shift very often. Melissa and whoever this young guy is, are a huge problem at thislocation. Read more
Whenever we would order their limited time mac n cheese pizza it was always frozen so we couldn't order it. South Caseys always... has it available when they offer it. One week we call in and order a specialty half and half, then the next time they "can't dothat", but can call another week and they can do it. All staff should be trained how to properly make pizza per customersrequest. But we call the south store and they're able to do so. They tell us a 20 minute wait, we arrive 25 mins later only towait around another 10 minutes. Pizza always seems to be thrown together. Employees are rude and are more worried aboutscrolling facebook rather than assisting customers. We live closer to the North Caseys but would rather go out of our way tothe South Caseys where our food is made right and the employees are respectful. Read more
Went in at 5:30 to grab a breakfast sandwich and a coffee drink. Nothing was ready..no sandwiches, pizza, anything. If the... store opens at 4, one would be led to believe stuff would be ready..If the person I assume is the store manager actually is, Ibelieve they have the wrong person in that position. She parks in the customer parking area instead of the team member area andis ALWAYS quite unpleasant. She was slowly making sandwiches when I stopped in, but none were even close to ready.
