Most unprofessional restaurant I?ve ever been to. I ordered my dinner late last night in drive through. When I made it in the... had given me the wrong thing. Something which I do not eat. I had already showered so I wasn?t going to go back i out. So Icalled them and no one picked up. I called 4 more times and no one picked up. So I just didn?t eat.Today I called several moretimes and I finally got someone in the line. They said they couldn?t simply replace my meal even though I have my receipt fromlast night. They said they would mail me a meal voucher and it?ll take about a week to get to me. I?ll never eat at thislocation again. Should have went to McDonald?s Read more
Just got home after paying for a meal with large fries. How is this accurate?! I?d like to be given what I paid for.
we got to orange cream milkshakes and they were so full that when they put the lids on it made quite the mess and they handed... the mess to me through the drive thru, when I asked was only given 2 napkins to try to clean it up however once we wiped themess up the orange cream milkshakes were very tasty... Do not stop here. Went in and ordered a brisket sandwich. Paid $10 , and it had 1 slice of brisket and an onion straw. Asked... them to remake it and the second had less brisket then the first. Cashier wouldn't make eye contact, didn't welcome us in,barely spoke. Manager was asking employees where they were with orders and just generally looked lost. Would not recommend atall. Read more
Always good eats at Arby's. They have lots of options. And regularly add to the menu. I really like that. The only two things... I've ever had a problem with at this Arby's is one time the roast beef tasted like they burned the roast. And the Au Jus for theFrench Dip is kinda bland. But overall an excellent place to grab some meaty sandwiches. The restrooms and dinning area arepretty much always clean. Great job Arby's staff and management! Read more
Salted caramel choc chip cookies and mozzarella sticks are great. Fast drive thru!!
